The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the old castle gardens.

The town quietes down by 10 P.M. No all-night party-revellers for lack of night clubs. The romantic hotel is right in town center. Staff is friendly. Narrow streets and "do not enter" -signs confuse a driver. A gps navigator might help, for street names are poorly marked in historic Rothenburg.

Our room lacks a minibar/fridge. Lack of aircondditioning might be a problem during a heat wave.

The location was marvellous and magnificent, so close to the square, everything-shops and the town hall. Hotel's staff were super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating.

The location of this venue is fantastic, right near the center of a charming historic town, making it easy to explore the Old Town district.

Extremely convenient place with reasonably good employees at the reception desk. Good food for breakfast in the garden. Unbeatable location on the "hotel " restaurant, and large bedrooms. And adjacent to another beautiful garden.

I recently stayed at Hotel Burggartenpalais for a short trip to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore all the attractions just steps away. The stylish decor perfectly reflects the charming atmosphere of the city. Though the rooms were small, they were comfortable and had everything I needed. The WiFi was excellent and the breakfast, though not as expansive as other 4-star hotels in Germany, was still very good. I especially enjoyed the cute dining room and the option to have freshly made eggs.

The staff could not have been more helpful in making this a wonderful first experience for us in Germany. A wonderful experience of the historical culture of the town. Don't miss the nightwatchman tours every evening!

Booked a double bed, but got two singles.

The room had brand new furniture that I loved, and the location was amazing, just a few steps away from Burggarten.

We like the antique atmosphere and vintage vibe of the hotel. It was comfortable and quiet. Staff was very helpful and room facilities comfortable.

There is nothing I didnt like about the hotel. I would like to have WIFI in the hotel rooms but I was well aware of the fact that wasn't available when I decided to book this hotel.

The owners were very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, we loved the town and our visit there. The history of the hotel was fascinating and the room was clean and adequate. Breakfast was provided and it was very good.

Compared to some hotels, the room was smaller. That may be in the selection I made, for the amount that I paid for the room. It is a historical and old building with charm, but that also limits the size of the room and facilities.

This place has a great design, making it perfect for a romantic stay or a fun family trip. the staff is super friendly and always ready to help, with good manners to make you feel comfortable 😊. the service in the garden is also top-notch!

The hotel was a highlight of our recent european trip. It is clean, comfortable and a short stroll from the town centre but in a quiet part of town. The staff and owners were so friendly and helpful and the restaurant is relaxed with superb food. There is also a lift in the hotel which is often missing in such beautiful old buildings. We would highly recommend the hotel.
